Changes to google account - as of March 2025 will be discontinuing less secure login

Any programs that do not fully support OAuth2.0 (sign in with google) will no longer be able to log into google account for sync once app passwords stop working

App passwords no longer show up on google account to use with mail program so I cannot add email to mail program anymore

is there a way to use the program without this ability?

You can create an App Password and use that as the password in PopMan (ignore the "Sign in with Google" button):

Christian no more App Password just OAuth 2.0 ? please read if am doing something wrong can you make me a video to show me what to do so I continue using popman

Currently, as of August 1, 2025, Google Workspace accounts no longer support applications that rely solely on username and password authentication. This includes third-party email clients and other apps that use protocols like IMAP, POP, SMTP, CalDAV, and CardDAV. Instead, you must use OAuth 2.0 to grant these applications access to your Google Account

PopMan does not support OAuth 2.0.

So if App passwords won't work anymore, then you can not use PopMan for it.
